Trinity Investment Properties, LLC was developed in 2005 primarily to acquire General Partner Interests in Section 42 LIHTC, HUD, and market rate properties throughout the Mid-West. Trinity has formed a strategic alliance with Moynahan Williams, Inc, an Indianapolis based property management and investment firm. The two companies have affiliated ownership.

With an extensive background in managing properties that are going through a work-out or restructure, the owners of Trinity can offer innovative alternatives to the repositioning of an asset.
